What a Year

We can hardly belive that our baby is actually a year old today. What an incredible year. As most parents would agree about their own children, he is the best thing that has ever happened to us. He has definately developed his own little personality. Even though he can't say to many understandable words, we have already learned so many of his favorite things.

Paul is the best combination of rough and tumble boy, and soft heart. He loves to climb on and wrestle with daddy, and he also loves to give all of his stuffed animals big squishy hugs. He loves puppies and elephants, and can never takes his eyes off of a mylar balloon. Paul has many talents as well. Not only does he give big sloppy kisses on our cheeks, and has learned to Hi-Five and peek-a-boo, he also has wowed many crowds with his ability to whistle. If you have never heard it, you should, it's not an airy whistle, it's strong and purposful. When it comes to food, there isn't much he doesn't like, other than peas which you can take a look at earlier on this blog. He loves spaghetti, bananas, cottage cheese, and as many cheerios as he can fit into his mouth. We were blessed with the most healthy, happy, wonderful boy and are thankful to God that he would trust us with the love and care of this amazing little guy.
